How does the system handle bookings?
Clients select a car and a date from the listings. They enter booking information, like start and end time, answer questions you want to simplify the process. Then they continue to check out accept the rental policy and pay to confirm.

Does the system support deposits on reservations?
Yes. As the administrator you can select the minimum amount of deposit you want to support. Of course clients can pay in full if they chose.

How are payments processed?
All payments are taken online by credit card or debit card through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed and the car is reserved once the full amount or deposit is paid.

Do we support any other payment process?
If the vendor chooses to accept Zelle or Venmo, the vendor will have to manually update the system when a payment is received as “POS”.

Does the system support discount or promo codes?
Yes, the system allows for flexible discount codes to be established. You can even offer discounts to specific emails if you chose. Discounts can apply automatically at check out.

Does the system track vehicle availability in real time?
Yes all cars are checked in real time against bookings, this eliminates any possible double bookings.

Will the system automatically create an invoice at time of booking?
Yes. The system will automatically create an invoice. It could be for payment in full or partial deposit. Along with the invoice, the rental policy (terms and conditions) is also included.

Other Unique and specific features?
The system supports optional tipping module is available for vendor convenience. Additionally there is a special notes for each booking that can be added by the vendor and note report tracking.
Finally there is an extensive reporting feature for transactions, monthly activities, vehicle activity, sales volume and booking index all of which can all be filtered and downloaded.
